About the project

The Supplier shall implement the approved Cardano PRIME program, including deployment of approved grants and incentives, supported by upfront mobilization funding, establishment of the Operating Group and custody arrangements, and authorised bulk transfers to program working wallets. Program funds shall be applied to the purposes and budget of the approved proposal.
