About the project

This smart contract consists of three workstreams under the Intersect Technical Steering Committee: 1. The TSC will administer Work Package 1 (Community-Facing Technical Coordination) of the Intersect TSC Support 2026 programme, which aims to close the gap between technical leadership and the broader Cardano community and to give DReps independent, authoritative technical analysis. 2. The TSC will administer Work Package 2 (Protocol Governance and Evolution) of the Intersect TSC Support 2026 programme, which funds the three specialist groups that let the Cardano protocol evolve safely, with node diversity as a throughline. 3. The TSC will administer Work Package 3 (Technical Review) of the Intersect TSC Support 2026 programme: a pilot independent technical review programme, established in 2026 (expert pool, documented review process, reviewer onboarding) ahead of a full programme assessing 2027-cycle governance proposals.
