About the project

The Supplier shall provide a part-time maintainer to maintain and enhance Oura, a Rust-native pipeline tool that connects to Cardano nodes, monitors blockchain events and routes matching patterns to pluggable outputs (built on Pallas; https://github.com/txpipe/oura), over a 12 month period, across essential maintenance, community support, and AI-driven development compatibility. All work is performed on the public repository and released under an open-source licence.
