About the project

IO will provide comprehensive Cardano network maintenance and support throughout the 2026/27 contract period, covering end-to-end software lifecycle services, release management, and performance optimization. DevOps and multi-level support teams will ensure operational stability and rapid bug resolution, enhancing the developer and operator experience through clear documentation, API/CLI refinement, and dedicated open-source community support. Success is measured by network uptime exceeding 99.9% and resolution of all critical incidents within the contract period.
