Objectives
As a DRep, SIPO aims to build sustainable decentralized governance for Cardano. Leveraging experience as an ADA holder since 2017, a stake pool operator since the Shelley launch in July 2020, and a Japanese-language publisher with over 3,800 articles, SIPO evaluates and votes on proposals that preserve Cardano's decentralization while adapting it to society.
SIPO publishes the reasoning behind its votes in Japanese, including No and Abstain votes and the conditions under which it would vote Yes, so that delegators can judge whether SIPO still represents them.
SIPO will also work on a Web3.0-based sustainable circular regional revitalization system, connecting Cardano with the real world, and operates from a position that combines a global perspective with locally rooted activities, without being bound to specific groups.

Motivations
Currently, I am working at Symons Co., Ltd. on the development and operation of a Web 2.0-based sustainable circular regional revitalization system for local governments in Japan. I aim to become a bridge between Cardano and the real world by transitioning this system to a Web 3.0 base. Additionally, through research on a new bottom-up digital society model called "NEO Jomon + Blockchain + AI," I intend to work on developing next-generation consensus formation and governance models. By integrating these experiences with DRep activities, SIPO's motivation as a DRep is to contribute to the development of Cardano's sustainable ecosystem by fusing global perspectives with locally rooted activities.
